The speed of the BoneView will be limited by the speed of your phone's USB interface. Until phones start to improve this in the coming years, your best bet for videos is to copy the video from your trail cam's SD card over to your phone's internal memory. This can be done by viewing the trail camera file thumbnails on your File Manager app, selecting the file, and then hitting copy and locating a good file location within your phone "Device" storage.
Also, you will need an app that recognizes the trail camera video format, typically .avi or .mov. Be sure to download "MX PLAYER", linked here.
